Short Biography

Dr. Stefan Hirschmeier studied computer science and business administration at the RWTH Aachen University (Dipl.-Inf., Dipl.-Kfm.) and received his Ph.D. in information systems at the University of Cologne. His research interests are data science oriented with focus on Digital Transformation and Public Value. Before, he worked as an IT consultant. He is a member of the supervisory board of onOffice AG and supports TAVLA Technology GmbH. Stefan is a publicly appointed and sworn IT expert.
