Short Biography

Dr. Stefan Hirschmeier studied computer science and business administration at RWTH Aachen University (Dipl.-Inf., Dipl.-Kfm.) and received his Ph.D. at the Institute for Information Systems at the University of Cologne. He specialises in artificial intelligence and data science, in particular NLP/LLM, transformer architectures and recommender systems. Stefan has many years of experience as an IT consultant/IT expert and is a publicly appointed and sworn IT expert. Stefan was on the supervisory board of onOffice AG for nine years, supports TAVLA Technology GmbH and is active in the start-up scene.
